No problem! You have 7 days from the day you received your helmet to decide if it’s the perfect fit for your adventures. If not, just let us know and we’ll take it back.

Condition Matters:

Make sure your helmet is in its original condition – unused, unaltered, and looking as fresh as the day it arrived. That means all tags, packaging, and goodies should be intact.

Simply shoot us an email at cheers@headzup.in with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps like a Pro.

Smooth Sailing Refunds

Refund Time:

Once we get your helmet back and give it the thumbs-up, we’ll process your refund ASAP. Expect the money to make its way back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Heads up! Original shipping costs are non-refundable. And if you’re sending your helmet back, return shipping is on you. But hey, we’re worth it, right?
